Massage TherapistsMar 30, 2008
By C. Fuller I am a massage therapist in Texas and I bought this video to see if I could use a few of the techniques. Well for a massage therapist the techniques are VERY basic and you have probably used all these techniques before. I only found a few techiniques I hadn't used and the ones that I did find I did not add to my massage. Although, if you are not a massage therapist this is a great video to get started with. So, I would give it four stars for a novice and two stars for a massage therapist.

I found this video extremely helpful and interesting with many moves that I will incorporate into my Swedish Massage. The movie provided me with many ideas and the moves were clearly visible. There was no distracting music and the massage therapist spoke clearly and it was easy to follow even though there really are 300+ moves. Very good. I can only recommend the video and find it is great value for money.

By Reader I was really disappointed. There was no detailed movements. Too much talk with roughly movements. It was a waste of time and money. I'm not sure it is helpful even to the biginner.

By Chuqrs Anything MassageNerd is awesome. I was unhappy with myself to find that all the videos were on YouTube...full length too. But it is convenient to not have to have a computer hooked up to your TV to watch on a big screen.
