An isolated mountainous area where thousands of Muslim refugees were slowly starving, as the United Nations searched for ways to get food to the people without getting involved in their war.

For weeks the U.S. Air Force had been dropping supplies from the sky, flying out of Rhein, Germany. We see where the parcels landed and the first sign of an American military man on the ground who witnessed the impact of the airdrops.
