Rare findJun 02, 2010

This DVD is quite a rare find. Being the first Malaysian film that I had actually seen,I wanted to buy a copy for home viewing, but was unable to find during my stay in Singapore.
Though this comes in line of feel-good chick flicks like 'Bend it Like Beckham' and 'Ms. Congeniality', I actually found the aspects such as cinematograhy and the audio to be quite noteworthy, and the cast was well chosen.
The picture quality of the actual DVD could have been better. But nevertheless I am happy to own my own copy to view at leisure.
GREAT INTRO TO MALAYSIAN MOVIEJun 21, 2008

This is a great movie to introduce Malaysia to the world. It's safe for the whole family to watch - my 10-yr-old daughter loves it so much that she continues to watch the series on YOUTUBE. I wish Amazon would sell the series so we could purchase it and own it for life. I'm Malaysian & this makes it easier for me to talk about what it was like growing up in Malaysia - it hasn't change much since I left Malaysia years ago..................
