Volume 66 contains a 29'36" video from al-Qaeda's as-Sahab Media featuring a video statement from Abu Yahya al-Libi that was released on 25 Mar. 2007. It has a production date of Feb. 2007 [Muharram (according to transcript) /Safar (according to video) 1428H] and has English subtitles. It is entitled, "To the Army of Difficulty in Somalia". Al-Libi speaks about the mujahideen fighting in Somalia and encourages them to use guerrilla tactics. He also calls for a media campaign to support efforts there.
