The present recording was released using one of the oldest Armenian musical instruments, the duduk. The most emotional of Armenian instruments, the duduk stands apart for having a timbre that comes closest to the human voice. The quartet of duduks has been used for this recording, the first ever of its kind, in a faithful instrumental rendition of the Divine Liturgy. Winds of Passion: Ruben Harutyunuan, Vardan Harutyunyan, Grigor Harutyunyan, Gevorg Karapetyan.
