This is a great video for planning your own trip to Nepal. It starts by showing you the sights around Katmandu. Then moves on to the trekking portion. The video also shows some other attractions in other parts of Nepal that are of interest. This has been a great video, giving me the confidence to go to Nepal without a guide.

I am planning a trip to Nepal, so i was shopping around for DVDs, i bought this one. Its great, there is about 20 minutes dedicated to the everest base camp trek alone! Perfect! Give a good idea what the terrain will be like. WHat you can buy in the shops along the way and so on.
The rest of the DVD covers the city of kathmandu. And the chitwan national park,seems ok, crocs, rhinos etc.. a bit of a drive from kathmandu though! Maybe i'll go there on my next trip!
